The Sleep Chronicles

Okay, it seems I'm obsessed with my baby's sleep capabilities (or lack thereof). Scooter (not his real name - if it was, I'd have to seriously rethink my mommy decision making skills) is down for his nap! And I did it this time! Hooray!

Was he just so tired that he couldn't resist the pull of midday slumber, or is he really getting used to the idea of going to sleep on his own ... in his own bed ... without nursing? I hope it's the latter. Seriously, I'm starting to have anxiety about weaning him because I just don't know how he'll go to sleep. So pray that he's really getting this sleep thing and that he'll be okay with Mommy putting him down without the nipple.
